Technical Support Engineer Level I

As a Technical Support Engineer Level I with IPOWER your primary mission will be to handle incoming technical inquires from our global customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to customers websites, domains, email, and applications
  • Provide solutions in an effort to resolve each issue in a timely manner
  • Introduce additional products and services to existing customers to help them achieve on line success
  • Engage our small business customer base in all aspects of our web hosting platform

For consideration, your professional experience should demonstrate the following qualifications: (Only highly qualified candidates will be contacted)

  • Must be able to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to assist both novice and highly technical customers
  • One full year of experience working in a call center environment
  • Experience with a wide variety of internet applications
  • Good understanding of web browsers
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to manage sensitive and critical customer information
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Proven ability to think outside the box to help customers
  • Previous technical support experience is highly valued for this position

IPOWER has several shifts available and you must have flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
