Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative with IPOWER your primary mission will be to handle inbound and outbound sales calls using a consultative selling approach to match new and existing customers with high value products and services.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from prospective customers utilizing a consultative selling approach to indentify customer needs matching them with appropriate products and services

Make Outbound calls to existing customers to up sell and cross sell high value products and services, offering our wide range of solutions to meet our small business customer’s online challenges

Consulting with customers on web design, on line marketing and overall business strategies, focusing on their online presence.

  • Must be able to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have strong negotiation skills
  • One full year of experience working in an inside sales environment
  • Proven track record of high volume sales results
  • Must be internet savvy
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to manage sensitive and critical customer information
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

IPOWER has several shifts available and you must have flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
