Customer Service Representative

IPOWER is one of the largest web hosting companies in the world, serving more than 2 million customers. We are growing fast and are looking for the right people to help propel that growth. IPOWER is located in Central Phoenix on the Light Rail line. Our newly renovated office is a dynamic call center environment where you will have the opportunity to develop and advance your career.

IPOWER has immediate openings for Internet, tech and business savvy individuals who are resourceful problem solvers interested in helping people. If you are an enthusiastic customer service professional who thrives on interacting with clients from around the globe we want to talk to you.

As a Customer Service Representative with IPOWER your primary mission will be to handle inbound and outbound customer service calls using your outstanding customer service skills to solve problems, retain customers and expand sales.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer service calls from clients regarding general inquiries and billing
  • Make outbound customer service calls to client regarding service renewals
  • Set up of domain registrations for customers
  • Cross sell and up sell high value products and services to existing customers
  • General customer service duties as required to meet customer expectations

For consideration, your professional experience should demonstrate the following qualifications: (Only highly qualified candidates will be contacted)

  • Must be able to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle sensitive billing issues
  • One full year of experience working in a call center environment
  • Must be Internet savvy
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to manage sensitive and critical customer information
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • Proven ability to follow company policies and procedures
  • Good keyboard and computer skills

IPOWER has several shifts available and you must have flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
